UI/UX Redesign
Project Overview
This redesign project, completed within a fast-paced one-week timeframe for the Emerging Media Design and Aesthetics (JRMC 7010) course, centered on enhancing customer experience and interaction. We had the freedom to select any website or app that we believed could benefit from improvements, allowing us to focus our UX/UI designs on a specific component.
To identify the area that required the most attention, we initiated a multi-step process, beginning with the creation of a journey map to illustrate the user’s current experience using Uxpressia. Following thorough research, we pinpointed the aspect needing enhancement and proceeded to develop a redesigned prototype in Adobe XD.
The entire project was meticulously documented in a detailed Medium blog post, which included a brief video presentation to showcase our findings and design solutions.
